Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FMLRS)

Labor relations within the federal government is governed by federal law. The Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute (FMLRS), is often referred to simply as the Statute. This course provides an introduction to the Statute. You will learn about: ◉ The rights and obligations of employees, labor organizations, and federal agencies. ◉ The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). ◉ The mechanics of collective bargaining. ◉ Unfair Labor Practices and their resolution.
